What we do in our daily
life’s determines how long we will live. Apart from uncontrollable
environmental factors that we live in, there are other internal factors that
affect how long we will live on earth. Environmental factors like chemicals and
our working conditions may influence how long we will live but there are some factors that we can
control that also determine how long we will live.
Apart from environmental
factors, also our behaviors have influence on how long we will live on earth.
Recognizing those behaviors and changing them is very important for increased existence
of our lives because they are the ones that induce inflammation and stopping
them is the success to having a healthy life.Below are the behaviors you shouldd
check on.
1.Allergies
Generally when a person
suffers from allergic reactions this will always lead to what I call
inflammation and if they are very severe they will lead to what is called
chronic inflammation. It’s very important to detect these symptoms and see allergist,
person who treats allergies.
2.Sleep
Getting enough sleep is
very important. Our body tissues tend to replace themselves the time we are
asleep and lack of good sleep will lead to bad mood. People who are sleepy
always have very bad moods when it comes to their daily activities. Studies
from great scholars have show that long and short sleeping duration has
negative impacts on the health of a person.
3. Weight
Being overweight there are several side effects. The least side
effect that is less important is not being able to fit in the best fashion you love,
the outfit that you crave for. There are more important side effects that
should be looked into seriously that we would look at not being able to fit in
your outfit. There are several more serious sicknesses that are brought about
by being overweight. Am going to sample some of these sickness and on the top
most is being obese. People who are overweight suffer from obesity which is a
serious sickness that can cause death. Overweight comes also with high blood
pressure and the two types of diabetes. Other sickness is heart disease,
stroke, cancer, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, fatty liver disease, kidney
disease, and pregnancy problems. Always keep checking on your weight and always
do a lot of exercise to boil the extra calories.
