Swimming is a exercise that can help you to burn that fat in your
body and slim easily the whole body.
Parts of the body that are toned are legs,thighs buttocks and
hands.One is adviced to use swimming styles that tone all the body parts.
To effectively work on your butt,try keeping the butt muscles
intact when doing the swimming.
At least swim for 30 minutes daily.
10. Running
One of the best way to have cardiovascular health and have weightloss is by running.
Toning buttocks muscles,running is very helpful. Running exercises
legs alot and in return ,glutes muscles are toned.
Uphill running normally is the one used to tone butt muscles.This
gives you better results than some one running on flat surfaces.
Incase you are using a machine(treadmill) incline it to tone the
butt muscles.
