Would you prefer a lady who got well defined body muscles, muscular hands are looks very hardy or the lady who looks very soft and fleshy in her body? Men always prefer ladies who look very soft and easy to carry than the body builders and this is one of the reasons why men shy away from ladies who are body builders. Ladies salivate for men who are muscular but when it comes to men its contrary. Men prefer ladies who are soft with no muscles. Even ladies fear to look like men and that the reason why they don’t hit the gym to lift weight.

Kenya Trend had a chance to meet some of the Kenyan ladies who are body builders. We met with Akinyi who is stone faced when working. She works as a security officer in one of security companies here in the city. She is very shy when she is not at work. She says that most men don’t prefer ladies with muscles. She always realizes that men and women even stare at her when she walks in streets.”Very few men prefer ladies who have got well defined body structure and most of them are the men who are also body builders”,Akinyi said. Well built ladies always turn men away especially those who feel that they don’t have muscles like mine. Men also think that ladies who are body builders are more arrogant ,less romantic and aggressive but that not the case. We are like other women and we need the love.Akinyi continues to add that most men get intimidated by the muscles and they cannot stand to talk with you even for a second. They just scare at a distance.

We talked to another lady by the name Ayango and said that female body builders are always stereotype and so much about us is said.Ayango has been working as a bouncer for a long time. She says that some of the stories being told make it  hard for them to maintain any relationship.She is a mother of three and she says that she got her husband in the gym.Its true that most of the female body builders will get married by male body builders  because a ordinary man without muscles cannot stand to engage us in a talk.Adds Ayango.
