Insolently
proud and assuming senator from Eastern province has shocked public after he
got tipsy on a drinking spree and decided to urinate in daylight by a roadside.After
he was approached by county askaris he
rudely talked to them and told them it was government urinating”Hiyo ni
serikali inakojoa”.
The
controversial senator is always seen driving driving a vehicle that is registered by government(GK).We
are yet to establish if he has been
allowed by the authority to drive the car.
