1.Squats

Squats help to strengthen  the  butt muscles ,hips thighs and lower back.This workout can be done everywhere even in  your small living room.No equipment are needed though you can use small weights in case you have.

How to do squats:

  1. Stand with  your feet slightly wider apart and toes pointed outwards
  2. Ensure your spine is straight and your arms in front of you.
  3. Keep your whole body tight,bend at your hips,breathe in and ensure you push back your buttocks
  4. Move slowly down until your hips are lower than your knees.
  5. Keep everything tight,push up your heels as you breathe out rising up slowly.
  6. Perform 3 sets with at least 20 repetitions on daily basis.
